Brazilian Rock Lobster Tails

I made this recipe for my mother-in-laws birthday a few years ago. I managed to impress all my guest that evening with my cooking.
2 4-ounce or one 9-ounce frozen lobster tails
2 cups white wine
fresh parsley, chopped
fresh basil, chopped
paprika
pepper
Glaze
4 tablespoons of salted butter
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic
Thaw lobster for 45 minutes in a bucket of cold water- leaving the protective plastic wrap on the tails. Once tails are thawed remove plastic wrap and cut up the back of the shell until you reached the last kncukle. Crack open the shell and piggy back the meat. Place tails in a baking dish. Glaze well. Sprinkle tails well with parsley, basil, paprika and pepper. Pour wine in bottom of baking dish. Bake 20 at 425° F.
